5 Nights / 6 Days – Best of Northern Tanzania Adventure (Mid-Range)

This 6-day safari offers a fantastic, in-depth exploration of Northern Tanzania at a comfortable pace. With two nights in the Serengeti, you’ll have plenty of time for wildlife viewing in addition to visiting Tarangire and the Ngorongoro Crater, while staying at stylish and comfortable mid-range properties that offer a superb safari experience.

Day 1: Arrival in Arusha
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), a representative will meet you and transfer you to your hotel in Arusha for your overnight stay. The rest of the day is at your leisure.

Day 2: Arusha – Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, depart around 07:00hrs to start your safari, travelling to Tarangire National Park. You will enjoy a full day game drive with packed picnic lunches, then proceed to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

• Accommodation: The Retreat at Ngorongoro Lodge (Full Board)

Day 3: Tarangire Area – Serengeti National Park
After an early breakfast, check out from the lodge and proceed towards the central Serengeti National Park, enjoying a game drive with a picnic lunch en route. Dinner and overnight at your tented lodge.

• Accommodation: Kubu Kubu Tented Lodge (Full Board)

Day 4: Full Day in Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, enjoy another full day on a game drive with a picnic lunch or break the day with lunch at the lodge. An optional Balloon Safari is available this morning. Dinner and overnight at your tented lodge.

Day 5: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Conservation Area
After breakfast, check out with a picnic lunch and depart for another explorative tour of the Serengeti National Park before a slow drive to the Ngorongoro Crater’s edge. Overnight at your lodge situated on the crater’s rim.

Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater & Departure
After an early breakfast, descend into the crater for a game drive until lunch. In the afternoon, you will proceed towards Arusha to take your evening flight to your next destination.
